A growing trend in the food industry is that high schools across the nation are starting to consider utilizing High Speed cooking to offer their students an expanded menu with a variety of food options to choose from throughout the day.
Todd Barr, Director-Regional Sales, and Mark Sullivan, Director-Business Development were attending the Georgia State School Food Service Directors annual show, where they participated with SEMA Reps in the Mobile Fixture booth. Pictured below, Todd is displaying a creation of challah bread with marshmallows, Nutella, and strawberries. Mark said, “Todd and I were feeling daffy culinary wise.”
