Featuring a combination of microwave and forced convection, the Menumaster® Commercial MXP22 and Jetwave™ ovens offer unlimited menu possibilities for toasting, roasting, baking and browning. The MXP22 features 3,000 watts of infra-red radiant heat to enhance crisping and browning of food in addition to 2200 watts of microwave energy and 2000 watts of forced convected air (200° F - 520° F). The MXP22 utilizes standard USB technology to program up to 360 menu items in seconds.
The newly redesigned Jetwave™ provides similar high speed cooking solutions in a space-saving platform. The JET14 and JET19 offer 1400 watts or 1900 watts of microwave energy combined with forced convection ranging from 150°-475°F. The 1.2 cubic ft. interior easily accommodates a 12” pizza. The new Jetwave™ ovens feature a black powder coated cabinet, stainless steel interior, grab and go handle, USB port for programming, and a removable, cleanable magnetic air filter.
Both models can be stacked without a kit, use 80% less energy than conventional ovens and include catalytic converters for ventless operation. Dramatically reduce energy costs and eliminate ventilation hoods.
